I offer 18 m2 furnished (according our agreement), separate room in a beautiful Art Nouveau mansion 110 m2 apartment with a big hall and high ceilings (3.7 m) in the street Slavíkova number 29 (see photo). Near good amenities (shops, pubs, sports facilities, swimming pool, transport subway station Jiřího z Poděbrad, trams 9, 5, 26, Main Station). Near the Rieger park with a pleasant summer garden, or running roads. The apartment has all the standard equipment available to use (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, WI FI, dishes in the kitchen). No cats, no dogs, no couples, smokers ok (in your room only). We have a lady for cleaning of common areas. Free from January, 1st 2020. In one room lives a boy from Ukraine (26) , I work abroad and Prague visit only for weekends. Price is 10 000 CZK monthly. Deposit is one rent.
